Ongoing Unrest:
I think privatization can be declared a massive failure. Of course people are rioting. It's because they've had enough. Probably warmer outside than in their freezing apartments:

Though I gather that unlike other parts of the Western Balkans Bosnia had a very warm winter, relatively, like the UK.
