A Proletarian Take on Duck á lá Orange

The Manađžer's son likes to shoot ducks. He likes shooting them much more than he likes eating them. So I did what comes naturally to an old Zeka. I asked if he would sometimes give me a duck!
I was given two duck breasts. So I cooked them in a less classique manner as there was neither skin nor fat.
Mr. T. And I had this for lunch and it was good. I am making duck stock from the bones. It smells like a decent French bistro in here. And we have eaten well.
