I was given two duck breasts. So I cooked them in a less classique manner as there was neither skin nor fat.
Mr. T. And I had this for lunch and it was good. I am making duck stock from the bones. It smells like a decent French bistro in here. And we have eaten well.

Bear with me please, I just updated my iPod, and most definitely don't it together yet.
I like the changes, but assorted apps have to be re-found.
I feel exhausted just from the brief run back and forth. Mr. T. And I mostly do things the same way. Trips into town if I am delayed, I prefer sitting over a coffee and waiting over running back home and then going back out.
