It's hot here today. I have my grand-children. Their usual sitter gave birth yesterday to a lovely little girl.
So we are flaked out under two small fans and one big one. I am glad I did not get rid of cable TV after all!
They would be soooo bored.
My grandson is now interested in mining and mines. Rud i rudari, not the mine i paže mine radi crvena magla kind.
So I showed him pictures of the miners in West Virginia and about the Battle of Mlair Mountain and about children who were miners.
He has a toy hard hat and has appropriated his father's retro black dinner bucket. He talks about beams. It's so adorable!
I did advise him he could go to college and learn how to be a mine engineer, it a well paid line of work. His father is a civil engineer. So engineering is familiar. He saw his father doing the stacks of homework.
He drew a good diagram of beams too.
