Paw prints in the potatoes

A person who has two small dogs and another who has a little dog keep letting them out back off leash. I mentioned it in front of the manager. She seemed rather miffed, but someone's dog already killed our cucumber plant. Damn near stepped in dog poop yesterday while helping Mr. T. I do not like dealing with that. It's not healthy. What are dogs sacred or something?
I like dogs, I would never transport a dog on the roof of my car, or beat or starve one or mace one. but I don't want them in the same area where food is being grown.
