The Annals Of Bad Design

I just photographed these hangers for children's clothes. The size markers are a choking hazard. They are Very. Bad. Idea. What about tape? Much less of hazard. Why we let this stuff happen is beyond me. Definitely belongs in The Annals Of Bad Design.
