He is not Serbian!

He is from Sanžak and is not Serbian, but one of those Wahabis.

This story has a decent still of the guy. I tried to avoid the area of the U. S. Embassy when I lived in Sarajevo.
There are not a LOT of Wahabis in Sarajevo. Wahabis are not liked.
