BiH, Serbia recognize Libyan Opposition:

This in the case of Serbia is interesting, because of the close alliance Serbia had with Kaddafi.

How BiH went is no surprise since there were never strong ties.

I slept a good deal today and yesterday. It's been too hot for me.

I find I need to be on my oxygen more when it us very hot.

I don't feel too bad all considered. I am coughing a lot less.
