Serbia got off lightly again - the Austrian court thought Divjak wouldn't get a fair trialo in Serbia (so much for the rule of law as a qualification for accession to the EU), but they didn't add like the British judge in the Ganic case did that the Serbian application was a political abuse of the legal process.
