An update:
Springs of Washington it has been Hella windy! I was nearly blown
away going to a craft show by bus and I am not all that light.
I am awake at this unGodly hour because I fell asleep early and slept
hard until now.
Some of my neighbors had a very loud discussion... Loud enough that I
wondered if I ought to call the police.
It ended, or at least got less noisy about when I was ready to call.
So today's links:

This same link has other news of interest.
Finding the dead is not an easy job:
http://www.trust.org/alertnet/news/war-of-words-over-missing-bosnian-serbs
RS people are saying that the agency which is supposed to find the
dead of the war isn't finding enough Serbian war dead.
Given that Bosnians of all three major ethnic groups lost their lives
in the war and that Bosnians of all three major ethnic groups work to
find and identify the dead, I think it is another RS ploy toward
statehood.
And like this isn't going to start all kinds of Mess-O-Rama?

I think everyone is going to be mad at each other over this.
Pensions for war veterans in Bosnia have never been adequate. These
sorts of demonstrations are a regular part of life in Bosnia:
