this is what raspberry mead looks like when it is fermenting. This stage is delicate.

you're welcome! The stuff is nearly ready now, one bottle finished fermenting before the other, so it is in the fridge, aging. The other is still on the counter, being opened just enough to let out the gases from time to time.
