In Serbian but indeed with alleged documentation. It is very poorly scanned, and therefore hard to read, and in Serbian, which is natural, since the alleged document is with a Serbian speaking person. It is not a well done job though, not done well enough to make any judgement of authenticity of signatures or anything.

It's fake. Scan is purposely fuzzy so that you can't determine its authenticity. And doing it in Serbian rather than English? That's a give away.

It's however well used by the right wing as well Warchild, what I've noticed is that the extreme right wing, and the extreme left wing are saying things EXACTLY the same on all matters.
I agree that the fuzzyness is on purpose, and I think any such agreement would need to be bilingual.

True. Extreme right and extreme left do meet.
