this is vladimir vysotsky - i recognized him immediately, his silhouette, before i saw his name written at the base of the monument
he's well-known and much loved, still
very moving to know that there is a monument to him serbija!

Hvala Najlipsa Nika! I just put a funny comment because I didn't know who he was, I figured he in fact was famous, and yes very cool they put up a monument to him in Serbija!
