About the TV...I could go to any R/S village and have Satallite TV as long as there is power.
I knew this one Serb who was an electronics wizz-kid! For as little as 500 Euro and an additional 10 Euro a month I had hundreds of stations. The 10 Euro was for a different computer chip ever month.
He somehow gets the "black-box" and then messes with some computer chip he made that inserts into the box and presto, instant TV with hundreds of stations.
This was over five years ago so I don't really know if he is there now. I don't see why not, though.
I think you were talking about Estavisti and the debate about Seseme Street airing in Kosovo in their language. Still a good idea in my opinion.

Actually I wasn't talking so much about the debate about Sesame Street as about the fact that many Serbian villages in Kosovo don't have ready access to TV. The situation in Kosovo is a lot different from BiH.
Incidentally nearly all Balkans countries have some sort of TV and Radio Tax, to support public stations, so your friend's skills must have been valued greatly!
