It's very disappointing that these kinds of plans become public. They only heighten and enforce uncertainty in the minds of Serbs living in Kosova presenting an either or plan of action to them. Like everything else, K-Serbs have become pawns of Belgrade policy (Politika is connected to the government).
The situation will get better for Serbs when some of the tensions about the fate of Kosova die down and economy gets going.

I agree that with your basic point here.
A good economy is the secret of peace! If people feel some level of hope and stability they are not easily whipped into a frenzy by demogogues!
