Well technically he was on remand, and in Holland, remand prisoners are treated fairly liberally, although the fact that McFadden was from Northern Ireland is interesting on several counts, Northern Ireland went from fairly harsh conditions to looser conditions and McFadden's experience was that harsh remand conditions are more dangerous for the GUARDS and creat excuses for political agitation.
I know he warned the appropriate people, that Milosevic was getting things he ought not get.
I would have searched visitors to Mr. Milosevic more thoroughly, and I would have ordered an evaluation by a Geriatric Specialist.
