I think this is because a lot of Montenegrins expect a push for independance soon. I just h ope that stayes peaceful!

Catholic Bishop of Kosovo dies of heart attack
This last in my opinion is a valuable and long overdue effort, looking at the war from the sides of all parties. The worst thing about Balkans history is that no one covers the whole story, makeing it very hard for people to know really what is or is not true. It is a step toward permanant peace and stability to do this, I know it may seem unimportant, but the very fact that someone considered it, and went ahead and dis this sort of film about such a terrible incident as Vukovar, is tremendous, it is progress in the front which is really the most important. How we think about things forms our actions. in turn, what we do or do not do, based on these perceptions form s the future. I haven't seen this film, I want to see it, I consider the very concept wonderful.
