The Hotel Rwanda

Joseph Sebarenzi came to speak in Yakima, he is a survivor of not one but really a seris of genocides in what now is Rwanda. He spoke about the need for forgivedness. He also spoke about domestic violence, and spoke very well I might add.
There has been a real need for people in th United States, in small towns to realize just what is going on out there in the world with genocide. Right there it was of value, because most of us have not the remotest concept what genocide means in human terms.
People got to meet him, tho speak with him about things and to meet with each other. I met someone who was from the Roslyn Black Pioneers organization a wonderful woman, and I got to meet the new Chicano Studies instructor, and she's cool, so that was all good, in fact she gave me a ride home, Thanks Ms Harrelson! :)
